Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. This does not apply to the following:

Custom orders, unless stated otherwise. A custom order includes anything that has been changed or altered beyond the metal color and finger size, at the request of the customer. A custom order also includes modifications of the diamonds or center stone to a different type of stone, shape of stone, or size of stone. A custom order also includes all settings where the customer is providing a center stone or stones for the design.
International orders, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
In the event that a refund is requested by the customer after the 30-day period, the request for a refund will be subject to the Site’s sole judgment.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives a written message of approval from the Site.
